Eram Faridi Celebrates Global Milestone with Cannes Selections

Eram Faridi Celebrates Global Milestone with Cannes Selections and Feature Film Launches

Redbulb Studios in Andheri West buzzed with excitement and cinematic spirit as Eram Faridi, the powerhouse behind Erams Entertainment, hosted a grand celebration announcing two major milestones that mark a significant leap in her creative journey.

At the heart of the event was the announcement that Fedora’s Wrinkles, and Naina, Meet Mr. Chang —  part of Eram Faridi’s thought-provoking anthology — were officially selected for screening at Marche du Film, Cannes. This recognition not only marked international acclaim for Indian storytelling but also reaffirmed Faridi’s position as a bold and conscious filmmaker unafraid to explore emotional depth and unconventional themes.

Alongside this global spotlight, Erams Entertainment also launched two of its much-awaited feature films: Shaadibaaz, a quirky, high-energy take on relationships and chaos in Indian weddings, and Truth Lies Somewhere, a layered psychological drama that blurs the lines between perception and reality. These films signal a new era of storytelling—one that is both rooted and ready to resonate with audiences across the globe.

The gathering was graced by an ensemble of celebrated guests and collaborators including Sushmita Mukherjee, Heera Sohal, Suman Guha, Suman Ganguli, Divya Khera, Mahayogi Rajan Luthra, Vipin Bhardwaj, Adi Irani, Dhwani Pawar, Feroz Khan, Dr. Raju Waghmare, Ronnie Chauhan, Dr. Khooshi Gurubhai Thakkar, Ashwin Kaushal, Manish Wadhwa, Aanchal Munjal, Nasir Khan, Vaquar Shaikh, Jinal Jain, FaizAli Wagle, and Dr. (Hon) Anusha Srinivasan Iyer, among others.

The intimate yet power-packed gathering not only celebrated cinematic excellence but also Eram Faridi’s vision of using cinema as a tool for meaningful change. As she stood at the crossroads of celebration and ambition, the message was clear—Erams Entertainment is not just producing content, it's shaping cultural narratives, both in India and beyond.
